Account & Eligibility

To open an account on the 1000 taka platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Each user may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to terminate any account created with false information at any time. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.

Account Security & Responsibility

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited, and you are solely liable for any resulting damages. All transactions and activities conducted through your account will be considered your own. We may request account verification at any time for security purposes. Failure to complete verification may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Rules

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Deposited funds are only accepted through legitimate payment methods; transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and we reserve the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed. Any suspicious financial activity detected will be subject to account investigation. Involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activities will result in legal action.

Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to gain an advantage on the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other users.

Right to Modify Terms

1000 taka reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be considered effective from the moment they are published on the platform. Users are advised to visit this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms. If any term is found unacceptable, you always have the option to close your account and discontinue use of the platform.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or claim will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
